This document outlines the terms of use binding all members who use the p88 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services we offer.

The p88 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be terminated immediately upon verification.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one p88 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is a terms violation that may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been fully met.
Members are fully responsible for the security of their login credentials. p88 will never ask for your password through any channel — please report immediately if anyone attempts to do so.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for security and fraud prevention purposes.
Any attempt at fraud, money laundering, system exploitation, or bonus abuse will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances with no refund.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and p88 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by p88.
By browsing the p88 website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, which also forms part of this agreement.

Warning: Individuals who register using false information to circumvent eligibility requirements will face permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in that account.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at p88. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and bank account number. Inaccurate information may result in withdrawal delays or rejections.
P88 carries out a comprehensive identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) process. You may be asked to submit a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other supporting documents. This process is in place to protect your account security and to comply with applicable legal requirements. KYC verification is typically completed within one to two business days.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Use a strong password with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including those claiming to be p88 staff — we will never ask for your password through any channel.
P88 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods fully integrated with Malaysia's financial system, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. The daily maximum limit depends on your account verification level and chosen payment method. Members who have completed KYC verification enjoy higher deposit limits.
Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are credited to your account within less than three minutes after bank verification. Deposits via eWallet are typically processed instantly. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team via live chat.
Please ensure you make payments using an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in your account being suspended for investigation.
P88 reserves the right to decline deposits suspected of originating from illegitimate sources. Where there are concerns relating to money laundering or fraud, we reserve the right to freeze the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Members may request a withdrawal at any time, provided the following conditions have been met. Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same member's name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business hours. Larger withdrawals may require additional processing time due to enhanced security checks.
p88 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own separate charges.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by p88 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus types unless stated otherwise.
Each bonus carries a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus value or any related winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, "30x" means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.
Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within the validity period will expire automatically with no compensation.
P88 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify any bonus abuse attempts, including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating with other members to exploit promotions. Such violations will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts in question being investigated.
p88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. p88's decision on all matters relating to bonuses is final.
All games available on the p88 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an accredited third party to ensure genuine fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed once confirmed by the system.
In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, p88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the member's account. If the disruption occurs after a valid result has been recorded by the server, the original result will stand.
Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits as shown in the game interface. These limits are subject to change at any time and may vary according to your membership level. p88 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.
All p88 members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the p88 support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to your registered bank account, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.
Members who feel they need a break from the platform may apply for a self-exclusion for a specified period. During this time, you will not be able to access the platform or receive any promotional communications from p88.
P88 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fully protected against external cyber threats.
P88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes, internet connection disruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.
Please keep a careful record of your transactions. In the event of any dispute, valid proof of transaction will expedite the resolution process.
P88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
We will endeavour to notify members of material amendments via a notice on the website or through their registered email. However, the responsibility to periodically review the Terms rests with you as a member.
Continued use of the p88 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
